After Hours at the Pie Hole

fireworkfiasco and I have been jumping up and down in front of our respective computer screens as the watch list for pd_playtime has grown and grown. Thank you all so much! The time for watching, however, is OVER. NOW YOU ALL CAN PARTICIPATE.

Our first monthly challenge will run from today, December 16, 2007, to January 20, 2007 (you've got a little extra time because of holiday madness). Members of the community can post their challenge entries directly here; non-members should post their entries in their own journals (or fic journals, or what have you) and link them to us in the comments of this post. At the end of the challenge, we'll post a masterlist of all submitted entries to the community.

As we've said before, pd_playtime is invite-only -- but these challenges will help us find new, exciting authors to invite! By the time the challenge is finished in January, we will have set up a system of voting on challenge entries so that quality (and not just our idea of it) is assured. We urge you to keep submitting and keep writing for the monthly challenges, even if you're not immediately invited to the community.

Now the important stuff. The prompt for this monthly challenge is [first times]. Interpret that as creatively as you like; we're here for fun (and orgasms).
